This particular edition is published by Black Widow Press, who have also published comprehensive editions of the great nineteenth and twentieth-century French Poets, such as Éluard, Desnos and Rene Char. Anyone who possesses a taste for the greatest and strongest poetry should seek out this volume. The editorship and curation of the poems and writings is uniformly excellent, and suitable testament to the eclectic and refined tastes of the editors. This excellent Anthology, Barbaric Vast and Wild, constitutes the fifth instalment in the Poems for the Millennium series.
